3 Cent Farm

Workshops, Residencies and Studios

Located in the historic Oconee River watershed, 3CF is a working 50 acre homestead. With a dozen barns and outbuildings on what was once the headquarters for a 4000 acre cotton plantation, the farm is about 10 miles north of Milledgeville, Georgia’s capital until 1878, the home of Flannery O’Connor and Georgia State College and University. The main house, established in 1822 is surrounded by fields, woods, and creeks.

Since 2008 the old country store has been home to a variety of artist studios, workshops, and private artist residencies. These programs are done in association with Fall Line Press. For more information please fill out the contact form.
